The courier leaves a notice and we reattempt the next business day. You can also redirect the package to a nearby pickup point.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact support with your tracking code before the package is out for delivery and we will update the destination.
Is a signature required?
Signature is optional by default and can be required for high-value shipments at booking.
